The image I used was a wet sponge which I was draining into a particular chakra or using to wipe off a channel. It seemed to work better than just a plain sponge, which was one of the things I seemed to recall from NEW. A spray bottle seems less likely to cause the problem I kept running into: the sponge always dried quickly as the water was squeezed out. Why? I don't know. Why should a mental sponge of mental water dry up like a physical sponge with physical water?

everyone has there own methods of raising but it obviously takes time to develop and accept it as the way YOU raise energy.

Mine is the feeling you get when you punch underwater,  But instead  the fist punches from my ankle to my knee,  knee to groin etc etc.   thus causing the rippling and wave effect which activates my energy body.

It first began  using Roberts tecniqes but   I and many others  began to understand the kind of sensations Robert is trying to introduce us to, hence stemming from his  base principles and developing our own methods.

One technique I use a bit was taught to me by a teacher waaaaay back in high school. We had to imagine a stream flowing up into us from our feet all the way up to our heads. i've found another good tek to raise energy. if you will imagine a spray bottle like a plant sprayer or something w/ a pump on it that you can press the handle on topump it up so there is a continous spray of water coming out then you'll have a good idea on waht i mean. if your awareness hands holding something like this and imagine what cold water spraying out of it onto you, then you would feel like you get a very nice energy feeling. give it a   shot. i'm very tired so you can elaborate on this yourself. i'm sure you get the idea.
