Ishi

I'm trying to get down new and have a few questions.

1.)I am busy...Really busy... And when I find time to practice I can only get my leg done.Is it possible to work on your Left leg for a week once you get it to react move to the right then arms chest and chakras in the same fashion? Will there be any repercussions with doing one area at a time? Like the area you aren't working on relapsing?

2.) I had got done with my left foot which has proven to be more reactive then my right, and when I did that I kept twitching my leg.. Is this something you need to learn to overcome?

3.)In the same session that my leg had twitching my chest began pounding rapidly and my eyes seemed to suddenly take in more light. What does this all mean?

Thanks all for your time^^

If sensations begin to get too strong for you to handle, you should probably just switch to the next place. To equalize the energies it says to try MBAing around the body.

As for going for long periods without practise, consider the amount of time you went without it from birth until the time you learned it. If you could do it then, with experience behind your belt, it'll be easy as pie. Don't worry, do it when you can. When you're sitting around doing nothing like watching TV or waiting in a lobby, then is a time you could do it. You won't get the same kind of silent concentration as when alone, but a distracted job is better than never doing it at all!

Funny thing is whenever I sit down I get so ticked off by little noises I can't concentrate at all. When I go to the library, surrounded by other people, cell phones, etc, and calmly read a book, I suddenly get thinking about things (I'm reading about psychic abilities, morals, the mind, yoga, etc) and suddenly just hold my hand up, close my eyes and look away from it when I remember I'm not supposed to be looking, and just feel it, then switch to my other hand and stuff. I haven't actually tried tying or swirling or MBAing around yet, just sort of feeling the energy, and moving it down and up, finger to finger, then switching it to the hand. I find the sensations are getting more balanced, not just having only one hand more intense than the other. Sometimes it's a lot harder to switch from foot to foot, but that will come in time.
