So I have posted before about this, but it's developed.
When I'm going to sleep, I will see instant flashes of light, constant low-redish dots (seem to be relative locations of energy sources), and developing fields of rainbow darkness. The flashs usually occur when I'm in a prime sleeping state before relaxing in bed. The red dots are not my subtle visual stimulus from underneath my eyes, for i know i'm staring forward. Also, while staring forward, it feels like I am staring. I can also notice when my stare blinks. I also tested myself to make sure I didn't have my eyes open, and would be able to open them physically. So, with this meta-physical stare and blinking, I notice my field of observation developing into the shadow rainbow. I believe that this with time will develop into fully developed vision. I know there are a few of you on this forum who are more developed than me, and I'm almost on to my own path. I was just wondering, what would be a good validation for the red lights? And what about the instant flashes, does anybody have an explanation for those? Are they similar to the flashes one enters while going into an OBE?

I would guess they are hypnogogic visions, or even your brow chakra becoming more sensitive. As far as exactly what they are, I wouldn't bother to speculate too much. If anything, it's a good sign your in the right direction. This is where it gets tricky, as you have to hold onto your awareness and not fall asleep, but if you remain passively curious and don't pass out, your vision will open into an entire scene you can phase into. If your seeing this stuff frequently, I would practice being able to hold onto it. Doing concentration exercises during the day could help, or even being able to replicate it when you're not going to sleep.
