How would someone could get energy if that person doesn't have arms and legs? how could that person raise the energy through his legs and arms if it doesn't have legs and arms? What would happen with the energy body if that's the case?
That person woudn't have those energy exchange ports (hands and foots) (main exchange ports i beleive)
Getting energy would still be easy enough. It does not come from the arms and legs. If you put your awareness somewhere then energy will be drawn into it. We are surrounded by energy the way we are surrounded by air. A relaxation technique and some concentration exercises would give the same preparation for working with the main chakras that the tactile imaging work does on the arms and legs.
