No energy sensations in shins and thighs

It sounds like you are flicking awareness, rather than pushing it all the way through.

It's good that you're getting some energy going to the sub-naval, I'm sure it's important to start storing some energy as soon as possible, and as your pathways develop & strengthen, more energy will start flowing through these areas.

I think these pathways must be blocked.  Even if those pathways were very strong I think you should still be feeling some sensation -  I do - no sensation at all indicates blockages.

I don't know if you're bouncing or just moving the energy up your legs & arms, but the same principle applies.  I know Robert Bruce says there is a natural speed limit of about half a second each way, but I find for myself it is a lot longer - speed doesn't really matter.  If you can't feel anything with the sponging action, try stirring and brushing.  If all else fails, read the part in NEW where RB describes the slashing technique for people with spinal injuries, and use that technique for your leg - it works just as well on any part of the body.

If you are just sponging without pre-stimulating, it might be worth backtracking a bit, focusing first on your toes, then feet, ankles, and so on, working your way up your legs (& arms) bit by bit, rather than trying to do too much too quickly.  If you're already pre-stimulating each part separately, then carry on what you're doing & your energy body will soon start to catch up.

Yo!

Whenever I do energy work I feel no sensations in my shins or thighs. Especially in the middle of them. Sometimes I get vague sensations, but it's just an inch above and under a knee.

Whenever I draw energy, I don't draw it through the whole of my legs. It goes more like feet-knees-hips->storage center. Same thing with my arms: hands-elbows-shoulders.

It seems that I successfully draw energy into my sub-navel storage center, but it think it would be more accurate if I could lead energy through whole of my arms and legs. I think the reason why I don't fell those parts is because there are only a few secondary center there. In that case, other people should feel no sensations (or only weak sensations) there as well.

Anyone knows a way to strenghten sensations in those areas?
I'm planning on living forever...
