Why do you want to cause pain in your foot? That would be a bad thing. Even causing pain in someone else's foot would be a bad thing.
Some of the people you try to send energy to will feel it and be able to report what they feel. Some will be able to feel something but not be able to say that it is energy. Some people will be unable to feel energy and they won't be much fun to play with at all.
I've read that some people claim to be teachers and like to show off by short-circuiting the energy in their students. There is a lot of energy flowing through most healthy people, but it is not percerived because it is flowing through correct channels. When that is changed, strong sensations can be produced.

Hi,
I was trying to do the sole work in N.E.W a few hours ago but i couldnt feel no intense pain at all.
The only part I could feel tingling was the oval shape below the toe joints and that was only a tingelised pressure.
Am I right that from the bottom of the toe joints to the heel is the sole? ROFL![]("http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile_big.gif")
