hello  to the people :D

I  want to expand my knowledge of energy work into crystals  and eventually start using them.

Could someone give me a basic idea of how  they work  with  energy and the energy body,  or suggest  any simple exercises which involve  crystals and the energy body.    Or what crystals i could buy  for a begginer...
