u first need to concentrate/meditate this is the key to ny success then ground and centre!!!

You have to know first that the chakra that is responsable for all your psychic skills is the 6th chakra or the third eye chakra.
Learn to open it and develop it. after that you'll be able to learn psychic skills much easily.

i prefe meditation coz its easier and u dnt hav to wait for ot to be opened like chakras
