Title: opening 3rd eye?

i have been having some trouble with opening my 3rd eye.  i need help, preferably from visualization methods, but NEW'er's experiences are welcome too.  can someone help me?    anything from how you trained, problems u had to work through, and just anything you think might help me out.


.......there was something else about this i was gonna ask...hopefully ill remember...anyway, please help me with this.   all help is appreciated :D

How much are you trying to stimulate your brow chakra?  I had little success and many unpleasant headaches until I developed the rest of my energy body.  Focusing too much on the brow was a huge mistake for me.

I used the NEW techniques but I'm sure you could find others.

It takes a hellova lot o' work to open your 3rd eye. There might be some methods out there that promise fast results, but you're not going to gain much in a short time.
Um, it depends on what you want out of it. Some people are happy to see swirling colors or auras or maybe even the odd entity here and there.
Others want the white light experience. The latter takes much effort.
What I've done personally is just move energy along my spine, clearing blockages. Over time the energy becomes more concentrated. As you build energy starting from the base of your spine, eventually you'll feel a point in the middle of your head starting to give way. I'll be honest, it can be a bit painful, but for me it's never been an overwhelming pain. As your 3rd eye really starts to open, I don't know, it's kind of hard to describe... it's kind of like squeezing into a tiny hole... it's like being sucked into a vortex... I've spontaneously projected this way a few times in the past... currently working on doing it at will.

One last thing that is very important to remember, is to relax all of the muscles and tension in your body. That tension is what keeps you trapped.
