well I can't really help you here but I can tell you my story [:D]. I prestimulate hands/feet and then begin doing the Two-Part Circuit mixed with the Full Circuit. I feel strong sensations when I draw from feet, but I never get tired. I've raised energy for 1 hour at one time and I didn't get tired at all. Maybe my sub-navel is really blocked or maybe not blocked at all? I dunno.

What happens to the energy thats stored in the sub-heart & brow besides it just sitting there? I mean do the primary chakrs in those areas absorb energy from those storage centers to keep them energized?

5-7 is a good number to me, it can be pretty subjective though. I guess it partly depends on the body's needs? sometimes it only takes 2-3 sweeps to feel like that is enough, sometimes its more, sometimes it feels good to do it throughout the day. Overall i feel bunches better the more i sweep. i sweep by time though, dont really count how many time i do it within a half hour or so, just kind of go with the flow and enjoy the sensations.
If you will it it is no dream.

I was trying  NEW for around 4 months.  I want to know how many sweeps people do to sub-navel center for storage before getting tired.  I know, it is subjective, but I want to know how many times, you sweep before you feel tired.  I am trying to assess my progress.

I stimulate my feet for 15 minutes and brush/wrap  the ankle/knee/leg  for another 15 minute before starting the sweep to sub-navel center  for storage. I feel tired after 5 or 7 sweeps. But If I sleep after the energy storage, I feel as If I have lot of energy and it is very easy to remember my dreams.
