Is this Ki and Jing real? How can I tell?

What you read about ki should be real, and about the jing and mana stuff I am really not sure.
There are some trash sites of influenced ppl from Dragonball (Z, GT) that think that what they see in the TV is real.
You sure can't make a Kamehameha or at least not a really visible one.
All the things you read about the power level sensing (with numbers) and those articles of Skullkid and from "The teachings of ki" they are real liars.

Yes it is. Look all round you and you can see Ki everywhere.
As for jing thats Ki compressed into physical matter like a rock but its ki.
And ki is in you. You just have to know how to do it.

Actually as I read Ki is the eternal energy and Jing is the eternal force.
When Ki is compressed and reaches a certain speed and power then it changes colour it gets visible, it gets stronger with a mase and a physical effect.
So Jing is not exactly Ki It's another kind of energy, it's like the difference between water and Ice.
