Help I have to a point where I cannot increase my pathways any more. I experience violent twitching and I release all of my energy in about 5-10 secs and it takes me 1 or 2 days to recover before trying again. Has anyone had this problem before if so can anyone help me?
Oh... by the way can anyone help me with controlling energy through pathways plz?
