Why energy raising feels cold some times?

Mine is always 'tingley', more electric than hot/cold.  The only time I feel hot/cold is doing healing work hands on, and that's on the patient.
There is a physical limitation upon how much light a human body can sustain. Interestingly, there is no limit on how much light a human vessel can generate. When fully enlightened you must instill your light in order to maintain its wisdom.

I noticed that cold areas on myself are where new pathways are forming (or old ones coming back?).  When they start to build up more they then become warm, or tingly.

Anyway, I don't think it's anything to worry about; if you can feel something, anything at all, it means you have energy flowing.

If you mean that areas where you were warm suddenly become cold, then that could be because you are using up your own energy instead of continually raising it & staying connected to it.

This is just my experience; it could be different for others [:)]

Thank you Seven. I will keep everything you said in mind. And I would like to give a thank-you to Rastus too, because his experience is collateral with this.

But i would like to hear more experiences from others please, just in case.

You wanted more experiences?  Here's mine.

I've recently started NEW.

Normally, I feel mild tingles (like Rastus), but when I moved on to the bouncing exercises, I felt like I'd got a thin tube of cold water running right in the middle of each arm.  It didn't make me cold, but the water felt cold, almost icy.

I don't know what it means, nor am I particularly bothered what it "means", I just know that because I'm feeling something, I'm on the right track!!

That's my lot.  Hope it helps! [:)]

More followups [:P]

My wife has started NEW, with no prior experience.  She's where I got the anaolgy about plate spinning:  Keeping 7 Chakra's open and flowing is like spinning 7 plates on 7 sticks, it takes practice and a bit of concentration.  For someone starting NEW, you get energy drawing, and this and that, then the Chakras, then storage in the secondaries...it gets downright confusing!

Don't become over concerned about hot/cold/tingly in your left arm.  If you keep doing energy work the kinks will work out.  I call this the 'whole body' approach. Instead of working on a tiny specific area, you work the body as a whole.  Very different set of sensations.  Also a more subtle way to clear blockages.  Try it sometime for a change of pace.  Think of it as being a jogger, and your taking a different route today, to keep things from getting dull.

Weight lifters do different muscle groups on a given day, so you can do different energy body parts.

Hi all,

I don't understand why the energy feels hot when I try to raise it, but extremely cold when I try to disperse it to the rest of my body.

Has anyone ever had this experience? I'm curious...
Opinions, people? Thanks.
