Please tell me what is mana!!!

Erm... Well... Mana is a sort of all-encompassing term, as far as I know. It's the life-force, it's the qi, it's the kundalini... All of these things are forms of mana. Mostly it's just called "energy." If you're just wondering because you saw it in a video game, or something, it can be interchanged with the term "energy," as in games it usually indicates magical or special powers.

It's everywhere around you. You get it automatically as you sleep at night, and you can consciously raise it using the NEW methods on this very site. I suggest browsing the forums for methods on using it, and read up on the methods that interest you. Some examples would be healing, telkinesis, clairvoyance... Like I said, browse the forums.

Well, mana, like all other names such as qi and psi, is just energy. Calling energy specific names causes more problems than it solves. If you're wondering how to use mana, it all depends on which version of Final Fantasy you're playing. If you're wondering how to create mana, you can't create it. Energy isn't created. It is transfered and transformed, hardly ever created. As for "absorbing it," it all depends on your beliefs.
