Everyday now I get the feeling of pressure in between my eyebrows and its been happening for sometime now. A really long time ago I followed some videos on how to open my third eye and thought I was unsuccessful. Its not as intense as it used to be a couple months ago but I am concerned.
Try to release that energy back into the earth. Visualize it leaving your 3rd eye area and traveling down through your body, through your feet, back into the earth.

I used to get pressure in my head/brow chakra region, and working with NEW completely balanced me out and got rid of it. It was basically when I got to full-body circuits that I was able to move the extra energy down into my sub-naval storage center. Never had an issue with it again.

Nothing esoteric here, You are trying too hard to concentrate and the pressure builds up as you force concentration. Just relax, force nothing, no effort should be involved in meditation, dont try as the mind will sink in deep by itself its the nature of the mind, The only distraction is thoughts will float in, Dont fight to prevent them, which is what you are doing. when they come, just ignore them and go back to your breath/mantra/dot, whatever u keep to focus your mind .
also when you come out of meditation come out slowly. there will be no pressure build up
Work on balancing your Chakras don't forget the connections between.
Do some basic breath meditation.
This will bring in positive energy and clear negative energy and will help balance the energy flows.
