PSI effects!!!

As posted the previous topic, I hv now tried to create psi balls, feel the heat and even force something trying to get out of my cup shaped hands!!!

But as I have completed trying to create one, atleast for next 30 minutes my palm keeps emitting lots n really lots of heat!  I think it isnt good!

After 2-3 trials of psi, I can now create psi balls successfully, but now

my inner side of hands gets VERY HOT as soon as I want them to

and generally as soon as your hands get HOT they should sweat too

but my hands don't, they simply remain dry and usually my palm n inner

side of hand is always HOT, and  I can even often make it Cold

and I often feel something flowing from then middle and ring finger

and the feeling of that MAGNETIC like hands has intensified and too

frequent another thing is that Whenever I am nearer to some electronic

device that Magnetic sensations increases greatly!!!

I'm just curious but how long have you been trying to create psi balls?

The left over heat/cold/magnetic/tingling is energy that's still pouring out of your hands.  Undirected energy like that tends to be unhealthy.  Grounding it works well.  The easiest way to ground it is to put your hands on the ground and visualize the excess energy pouring out of your hands and into the earth.

When is it classed as being a psi-ball? I can feel it like a magnetic energy inbetween my palms. Is there anything you can do with them?

You can do alot with them...

if u can make them visible then you can try forming it to different shapes, and try throwing it, but to do this you have to be able to keep it solid while its moving. I cannot yet get it into a visible form but i can make it so i can feal it...

I believe u can even form it into sheilds, Empaths can use this to block out other peoples fealings when they are in overcrouded rooms.

I thought you could make them visible but I wasn't sure whether I had read it somewhere or just imagined it. Do you think it's possible manifest different colours? Maybe you could get such a high charge of energy that you could knock small things over with it, it's probably me just getting carried away though  That would be amazing though!!!

Well one use for psi-balls (just heard about this, I have never acctually attmepted it):

Fill the psi-ball with all your negative thoughts and emotions. Just put everything in there. When you feel that all of it is in the ball in your hands, throw it away. Be carefull not to hit anyone when you throw it! Apperantly if you throw it against lamps or so they can also brake.
This should help with loosing negative thoughts and energy (its not intended to harm others by throwing it at them, so don't do that!)

this method is quite comon actually and many healers do this but not really with psiballs just replacing it with good energy instead of bad. Many also do this for some relief of headaches. I imagine that being able to place it into a ball is far easier to visualize than that of other techniques

I wonder if it's possible to manifest fire inside the ball... wow that would look astonishing 

As for the thoughts, I think that is a good idea actually I might give it a try the next time I need to.
