Question about brain-sync and energy development

For me, the problem is that I can't even do energy raising.  I don't know what's the problem, but I can't raise energy even I can active secondary chakras at leg and foot.  That's why I want to find another way to activate energy in my body.  Anyway, I have try some of the presets, but can't find one that work on me.  When I use those preset, I get a headache thus....

Is there anyone know what frequency I should use to simulate chakra?  Should mucisal note?

But why do you travel so far? The chinise are famous for there energgy raising systems like qi gong.

Is there any brain-sync preset that can help on energy development?  I know some tune can simulate chakra.  Will it be better to use brain-sync to simulate chakra?
