To answer some of your questions:

1) Whatever works best for you really.

2) Whatever works for you.

5) It is kind of hard to say. You have to know for yourself as there is no general time table. When you can do all the exercise with no problems and feel the energy easily as a whole. Like when you can feel the energy as a whole in the whole hand, foot, etc with no problems then you do not really need to continue doing all the work on each joint but can start working with just the larger area.
Alice had got so much into the way of expecting nothing but out-of-the-way things to happen, that it seemed quite dull and stupid for life to go on in the common way.

About the sessions, indeed do as it feels better for you. It doesn't have a big importance regarding your energetic development, but it must keep you happy of doing it. I mean, if you see that you get bored at the idea of doing again 2h of training, then it means you should better work in small sessions during the day, like everytime you are sitting etc. But if you feel that these little sessions let you unsatisfied, then you should better work in big sessions to get completely into the training. It's really up to you.

I say this.

When you can pinpoint every place and run energy though a specific place and when you can do the whole body,
Then you will notice while charging up your energy if there is any blockages somewhere and you will work on that place and start over with the wholebody thing.

I mean, if you practice these small areas, when you know about them and have worked with them for awhile, then you will know when it has blockages.

The more you practice the better you get at understand your energybody.
Just practice and learn to feel your energy, learn to feel blockages.
Feel your energy and understand how it works.
Practice in your own speed, if you have time to practice, then do it.

First, I do all the exercises in the NEW online training guide starting with the toes and everything after that until it starts talking about bounce training (I don't do bounce yet.)

I am very very thorough when it comes to doing this.  It takes me 2 hours to do all of them.

My questions are:
1.Is it better to do all energy work at once or broken up into shorter sessions?

2.If it is better what is a good way to split up the sessions?

3.Is the wrapping action supposed to be done in the skin or on the skin?

4.What is the difference between etheric wrap and plain wrap?

5.Robert said (somwhere in the guide that this laborious work is done just in the beginning, how would one know when to stop doing it?
