Quick kundalini question.

I have read what a real kundalini rise does to you(the thing as thick as a man fist that enters between your anus and your crotch, organs slushing, etc). Last night, I had all those sensations, although at a very light level. I could feel it, and hear my organs moving and such, but it was so light I was eventually able to sleep on it anyway. I had no dreams I remember about last night, and I had nothing strange happen. I was wondering what it was, because I could definitely feel it and hear it but it was light.

Note that I have NO training and almost no knowledge in kundalini, I was just considering taking it up, so it can't be because of training or whatever.

Yes it was probably just you being aware of energy, but I would not say it was nothing special especially to someone new to energy development.  Being able to be aware of your energy body and feel the energy is a big first step for someone new.

I would suggest you read the article on NEW but well ... I don't see it any more. I have not been around here in awhile so maybe I missed something but what happened to all the articles that use to be on the main website? It seems to be nothing more than a promotion for the books now. Where are all the articles?

Maybe it was a sign to encourage you in this pursuit?  You never know, you may find that it is something you are very naturally gifted at!

Maybe. I'll look into it. I have some weird physical signs that goes along with it(which with a color tab hinted at kundalini) and that's why I became interested in the first place. Thanks!
