am i making a psi ball

You can't see psi, Ki, chi with naked eyes. You can only see it with Auric Vision.

When you make a psi ball if you feel any sensation like resistance, force, heat, pressure, tingling etc. then you have made it.

i've tried to make psi balls for a few days now. i've focused the energy to my finger tips and to my hands and they get tingly and i can feel the energy in them but i cant see it or anything else so if anyone out there knows if i made a psi ball or not and can help me email me at ryan8799@hotmail.com
