I think it is interesting that sometimes we try so hard to raise energy and activate the chakras to no avail and othertimes they just overpower us.

I was laying on the living room floor watching cartoons (at age 21 and proud of it!) and I got a little tingle near my brow center. I could have just scratched it and made it go away, but instead I used it to create a strong point with which to focus  my sense of touch directly on my brow. It activated immediately and then since I was in that state of mind, I activated (or at least tried to) all the other centers. It was fun, I just laid there a felt all of my centers, primary and secondary. I like how it's SO easy sometimes and way hard at other times, it creates variety, which I like. The rest of this post is off subject but it's what I'm thinking about right now so I'm going to write it.  I just bought Norah Jones' CD, it's amazing, I've never heard a voice like that. Also, I'm researching a future trip to Thailand to learn Thai Massage near Chiang Mai. That should be fun, the program (sunshine network) only costs about $230 for everything for a (14 day 90 hour), airfare is the most expensive part. Thailand is full of friendly people and is a traveler's paradise, look it up.  Ben
