I should have rephrased my question... Would taking protein powder affect my chakra/ energy negatively? But since it was answered, THANK YOU!

You'll be fine.

since it is absorbed straight into the chakra... would it affect it negatively?

Bah, I am confused now. Sorry guys

What are you concerned about? Why would you think that whey, hemp or pea protein or calcium caseinate is any worse than consuming food?

Maybe you should ask kurt to explain further or maybe you should turn up your ball-busting detector. :)

I use whey powder. Dont have any problems working with energy or my chakras.

It's basically just dried milk with the fat removed.

Dear Gamehead:
Protein powder is food.  You  eat protein as part of a daily diet, and it's necessary for your well being.  If protein powder can be misused, the damage would most likely be to your kidneys- but if you follow a balanced diet, it should not be a problem.
Chakras, according to theory, are energy vortexes that are part of your energy body.
They reflect what's going on in your life, so I can't imagine how eating food can reflect negatively on your chakras, when food=energy, and energy body=energy, unless what you are eating is not good for you to begin with.

Just keep up your water intake to help flush out the urea.
