The Heart Chakra is involved although they do not refer to "chakras" or energy centers in the text.

The HeartMath Institute also does very interesting research on the heart (being more than a pump organ).

I met Greg Braden at a lecture he did out in Chicago last year, and he led us through a few of the coherence exercises.  He even brought out a device that measures the coherence and tested it out a bit.  Interesting stuff, and potentially quite useful.  He struck me as a decent guy and quite knowledgeable about his field.
