The way I was taught is that reiki enters the crown chakra and goes down to the heart chakra to be distributed. One source added that it moves in a spiral (I don't recall which direction) through space before entering the crown chakra, from no definite location.

Whether they are 'true' or not, I had an aura photo taken and beforehand and unbeknownst to the photographer, I sent energy to appear in the photo. A ball of energy appeared in my aura in the photo, which they stated was energy rather than a spirit or anything else.

Does anyone know anyone who has higher vision and has seen reiki-energy. I would like to know if they have witnessed how it comes into body and goes through. Maybe Robert? There is some controversy on this so visual confirmation would be nice.
