Do your chakras spill?

Hi there,

I'm quite good activating my chakras, all of them. Anyway I read in the book that when a chakra is completely energized its energy spills and spreads to other chakras.

Does someone experience it?, I mean, although I activate, for example my third eye, I've never seen those coloured lights you mention, and the like with the others.

Do you spend a lot of time with each one?, maybe I'm not applying enough time, but the book explains clearly not to get stagnated more than 5 minutes in each one.

From what I read in Astral Dynamics, they do spill upwards (he calls it strobe) but it only happens, like, after a long time.  I'm kind of waiting for it to happen once, too.

I do remember that upward spilling comentary, but it is not said, aproximately, how much time could take a guy to get to that state.

Besides, I have to focus for a long time on a chakra to feel "presure" or "tightness", more than those recomended 5 minutes. Not to activate, but to "overactivate". The most strong experience was when my base chakra started to burn, but even in that moment I had to spend about 20 minutes in it and I ended up with an upsetting headache.

Yes, it happens to me on good days.  I send energy to a chakra and it flows upwards to the next chakra without me doing anything.  That's a nice sensation but it doesn't happen all the time.

I don't spend much time on each chakra (a minute or two at most) unless I am doing a cleansing.
