Heres a few articles on TK and some other things. I really find the information there quite reliable.
Best thing you could do is practice everyday for a certain amount of time, believe, and truely TRY.
Also, NEW couldnt hurt.

Ok i am EXTREMLY interested in learning this stuff espesually after reading every ones post now it appers that every on this site has at least one form of this PK and i would apresiate it if you guys could help me start off like how to start.Im interested in all off them but mostly aerokineses and electrokinesis.
