Sacral Chakra opening when in the now...

If the sacral Chakra the 1st chakra above the belly button, and it opens when you are in the now, or in the present moment, is that evidence that you are, 'quietly' manifesting something, 'in the background' so to speak?

I'm not a huge expert when it comes to Chakras, but when I'm in the present moment, the sacral one opens (I have a profound peace feeling above the belly button) and suddenly I seem to manifest a bit easily.

What do you guys think?

I think it would just be considered more active and balanced.
As for the easily manifesting, that might be because your focusing on the here and now, like we should always be doing.
