Wildly beating heart during meditation/f10

For some reason when I meditate or am in f10 my heart goes crazy. Instead of slowing down it speeds up and beats harder. I can will it to slow down but it speeds up if I give it an inch. Something similar happens with my stumach during f10. Is it some kind of energy blockage? I thought it sounded silly before but now I wonder.

This sounds so familiar... I had the same problem, too. However, it ceased when I got used to all the feelings I have during meditations and different focus levels. I think that I had my heart beating so heavily mainly because of excitement.
I think it is worth mentioning also that I've read (and some people have said it here, too) that it might be not your physical heart you feel, but your heart chakra. As it is considered normal, I'd suggest not to worry. Now, if I have it, I even like it.

It's definately normal, because it's asked so often. It happens to a lot of people, mostly in the early stages of OBE development. And like Vilkate says, it might not be your heart. The best thing to do is stay calm and keep doing your thing. It happened with me, but slowly subsided after a couple months. It is kind of scary when you're not expecting it.

Thank you for the help guys  :hug: I've been messing around with frequencies (I think) and I think what was the problem is my frequency was too high for meditation.
