Seeing Auras and Energy Development

I wonder if that works the other way around, if trying to see auras will build up your system. Kind of like the best way to get good at backpacking is to go backpacking.

My experience with seeing auras the bit I can is that either way will work. They are essentially the same effort. To try and see auras you need to relax, focus your awareness, calm the mind. If you do the energy exercises you do the same thing in a more overall way. I'd suggest doing what is the most fun for you that way you'll keep going.

I have always been able to see the etheric aura but no more than that and never any colour.  Since I have been energy raising I have started seeing the occasional flash of colour with some people.  Maybe I was imagining it but it really intrigued me so now I am looking for it.  I would say that energy raising powers up all sorts of usually hidden and forgotten talents - and then your concious mind gets interested and does the rest of the work.

Why don't you go to the Astral Pulse training guide on seeing auras? It's the most complete, comprehensive instruction I've ever seen.

does that really work? i mean, has anyone practiced the exercises and can see full color aura's? and if so, could you describe how you see them such as colors and how they look? i'm really interested and would like to know what to expect if i should decide to practice that.

During the time that I practiced alot at seeing auras, I got to the point where I could see my own aura with at least some color. It looks like what you expect it would, like a fuzzy, colored outline. Just pracice with RB's tutorial.  Ben

Does energy raising increase your Aura seeing ability?? If I raise energy daily, will it become easier and will I get better at seeing auras?? And if so, is there any energy excersises or 'routines' that you would recommend?
