seeing stars revisited

Are you still having the flashes of light? Have you come to any conclusions about them? Are you finding that they appear in cycles? Are they mood dependent for you?

I am still seeing flashes of light except rather than bright camera flashes, they now appear as a low level stobe pulsating which lasts a lot longer. I am still clueless as to why i see them and have perfect eyesight! Anyone got any ideas??

Just a thought ...Do you happen to have floresent lighting? it pulses very fast try looking up at a floresent tube and move your hand quickly back and forth in front of your eyes. You should experience a strobe like efect
anyway ...just a thought

There were earlier posts about the flashes being energy pulsing through the 3rd eye. I don't know what It means, but a search through the archives here may turn up something.

Hello fellow somnonauts!

Something I noticed today after meditation that reminded me of the thread "Seeing stars".
Ok, so I saw the stars as well some bright like beacons but also something else.
I was looking at the light coloured ceiling when I noticed a rapid flickering effect like flying through dark and light(col.) clouds very fast. Or similar to what a ceiling fan makes on the ceiling when you shine a light through the blades.
Their movement was mostly circular but on occasion some would move ain a linear fashion And for the record I don't have a ceiling fan http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile_wink.gif" border=0>
I wasn't in any real trance state, slightly zonked but alert and moving around a bit.
Theories: Eyes being messed after being closed for a while? Stray energy?
