when I started practicing N.E.W. I thought that my muscle tone was getting worse and that I was getting weaker because initialy I felt more tired than usual at the end of the day. I have progressivly been feeling better and realized in my workout regimen that I'm getting in better shape not worse. I think I was just so out of tune that I didn't realize my fatigue and overall decline in health. After three weeks of N.E.W. my thoughts are starting to flow more clearly and I feel better. I have also noticed that I am getting better at doing the exercises.
