Psipog is a good site, but their attitudes suck and they always lack in explanation of theory. It takes me a bit of my own application of my own beliefs to really use those articles well, but hey go for it if you really want to.

I agree with Fat Turkey. Their attitudes don't really seem very open; they don't even allow any talk about ki. This energy is DEFINITELY psi, there is no other explanation, I know everything, blah blah blah. Well, maybe I'm exaggerating a little. [|)] But anyway, if you think it will help, go ahead. Just make sure you keep an open mind.
