how do i shield my ki orbs/balls

When you say "sheild the Ki ball/orbs", do you mean the actual ball or your body?

Try these three things:

(1) intend that the energy is becoming dense and more compacted
(2) use the concentration exercises in "Astral Dynamics"
(3) practice NEW so that you have more energy and easier access to it.

Sheild the ball: Visualize a hollow ball of Ki inside the Ki ball and visualize it expanding and shelding it.

ive ben reading thede  pages and   have  been wondering how to " sheild" the ki  Any ideas or techniques  that  you can tell me how to do this would  be of great[] help. thanks in advance[]
