There is a chakra there with six branch channels. It is called the "third eye". It is used when visualizing things. For a while I had the same problem, but it went away without explanation. It is also a common area to have tension headaches around. Imagining that your forehead is cooling off while your hands and feet become warmer will draw off some of the blood circulating through the area. An ice pack would help, too. Maybe you are trying too hard and giving yourself a tension headache. Maybe you are having a tension headache from something in your environment. Then again, it could be just stuck energy causing the problem. In any case the symptoms can be treated the same way while you look for the cause(s).

latley , especially when i visualising things i get this skull presure... usually at the center of my frehead and sometimes in more places...
what is it?
what can i  do?
