towards full time raising

Hey Jonas,

I believe if you put aside a few minutes a day aside for raising energy and fill your free time with these excercises it should be enough. There is no need to do it full time, 24/7. Remember to balance it with the rest of your life. Its like going to the gym to work out, as long as you are doing something you will improve. Like physical excersise, a little goes a long way. Slow and constant progress is best, I think. You don't want to pull a muscle.

I try to do my energy raising while watching TV or waiting around, since after a while it becomes almost automatic. Plus a little before I go to sleep or while meditating. It makes you feel good, almost like having a double esspreso with chocolate. [:P] Yummy!

I agree with travelinbob.

I also wanted to add that I would suggest against doing any energy work while you are doing something such as riding a bike, driving a car, operating heavy machinery, etc atleast until it becomes automatic for you. Your attention should be on what you are doing at the time so you do not cause any accidents because while you are learning energy work it does take your attention away from your surroundings. So be safe. The best time to work with energy is at times when you do not need your full attention, such as when you are watching tv or when you are waiting (how much of our day is spend waiting on something or someone?).
Alice had got so much into the way of expecting nothing but out-of-the-way things to happen, that it seemed quite dull and stupid for life to go on in the common way.

yes. youre right. the "full time raising" was more of a catchy title unfortunately. im not really towards it as it is now, but sometimes when i really want to raise energy (since im a periodkindaperson im doing things more frequently sometimes...) and if at the same time im for example supposed to ride a bike, what is the next bodypart to go for?

this talking about not exercising to much and in the next sentence talk about slow and constant progress makes me dizzy.  

my opinion is that canstant progress comes before holding in. i mean that i ofcaurse should take the chance to make canstant progress when im eager to do it, its good to have the possability to do that even when youre walking with your hands full of plasticbags in the rain or something. to me its a good thing to know about.

good morning folks.

heres a question on NEW.

for me its quite easy to raise energy when the hands or feet are free but when im for example riding my bike. the natural raising ends. its written that you should keep your attention on the subnavelarea for this type of raising but its just not possible. i cant localise such a spot under my navel in my daily life. so should i go for the knees or the hmm... maby the mouth or nose since theyre containing exchangeports..?

feel free to just write about your own raisinghabits. it can give someone a kick in the right direction.
