new is exactly what you want.  you've been a member here for a while.  have you read ad or the treatise on new yet?  

it took some time to feel noticable energy sensations.  i've been using new daily now for about a year.  i can make my entire body kinda flare up in less than a second.  it feels pretty incredible too.

raising energy constantly throughout the day was a little harder to do but it's working out well now. it becomes second nature.  harder still is trying to raise as much energy as possible while working out.  running or jumping rope for half an hour uses up a good deal of energy.  i'd like to be able to take in what i need when being very active, instead of using up personal energy.  i imagine/feel energy coming in from every direction of my body and then moving out towards whatever muslces i'm using at the time.  concentrating like this has led to less cramps and has made for a more relaxed workout.

robert really came up w/ something wonderful when he made this system.  if you find yourself visualizing, stop it immediately.  the energy flows so much faster when you feel it instead.

Does anyone know of a quick, easy to do energy development techinque that one could do while sitting in a chair at work or while simply walking?

I know that sounds somewhat absured in light of the kind of long term, intensive programs that are normally used, but I want something I can do at work, school, etc.
We shall not cease from our exploration, and at the end of all our exploring, we shall arrive where we started and know the place for the first time.
