How do you upload brainwave sync files into the program?

This is a tad off topic but I didn't upload anything to any program.  I downloaded the file at this thread

But if you want to know how to "upload" bwg files to the bwg program, just go to file and import and find your bwg to import.

Okay, so I downloaded the brainwave sync file from APulse and listened to it.  Almost immediately (i.e., after a few minutes) I felt a weird heat sensation a little to the right of my heart and it started spreading.  I was surprised enough that I opened my eyes, then closed them again after I figured it was nothing serious.  Again the sensations started.  At first they were localized near to the right of my heart (chakra), but then it spread almost all over my chest.  It was cool, though I haven't a clue what that was.  It wasn't uncomforable, just weird.

It might be worthy to notice I felt pulses at different areas of my midsection.  For example, one pulse right above my heart (chakra?), 2 pulses near the chakra above my belly button (side by side, to either side of where I think the 3rd chakra is), that seemingly merged into one pulse when I took a deep enough breath.  Weird stuff.

Just wondering if anyone knows what that is.  It's not the usual vibrations, heaviness, chilling effect I usually feel when going into a deep relaxation:)

EDIT: Btw, I should mention it felt almost like a liquid (almost) in the way it felt resting in me and in the way it spread.  I want to call it chi, but I wanted to eliminate other possibilities first.
