Tactile Imaging is child's play to learn and use. It's not visualizing. Didn't you read? NO Visualization!! It's all in the sense of touch, feeling your awareness. Being aware of an area is feeling it. For example, if you get a big cut on your leg and you look at it, suddenly your eyes focus on the cut make it seem to hurt more, because your awareness has just shifted to the pain. Try simply scratching a part of your body and feeling it and focusing on it as much as you can, without eyes if you can. If you can't do it without eyes, then use your eyes, but try to ween yourself off them later on.
Try getting a massage from your girlfriend or go to a clinic and feel the massage as much as you possibly can. This will slightly raise your ability to use mobile body awareness. Tactile Imaging is just moving MBA around the body to stimulate energy areas.

Ill tell ya...when i first started NEW, that was the day i stopped NEW! It took me almost 2 hours just to do feet... I figured ill go back to my way. If you feel the want to continue, make sure you don't give up like me :p
