Make sure you're visualizing the energy being released... and by released im guessing you're meaning you can't form the ball into your hand.  Visualize the energy going down your arms and out your finger tips and then into the palms of your hands.  PM me or contact me in some way if you want to talk more about this.

hey im pretty new but ive been interested in  medditation lately and tryin to forma ball of energy but i cant release it i mean i can channele it but i cant release it is this normal for begginers?
and if you pretend the sun is your energy source ur energy will increase your energy twofold but youll have to get use to the hot senation its weird at first but youll get use to it cause if you dont its to hard to concentrait but like i said before since i cant seem to release it i start to overload in a since and i have to stop any responses would be appreciated[]
