What does the energy pulsing feel like?  I think I can do that, does it sort of feel like it goes into your hand and then back to your body and then goes back to your hand and so on?  I do that sometimes but I think it is just my pulse I am feeling.

The twitching is getting on my nerves now. Last time I tried to go S.W.E.I.P my arm twitched and because I lay down I hit my self in the mouth........ oh yea if your wondering S.W.E.I.P stands for State When Energy Is Pulsed because twice before I have pushed so much energy out (very fast like a flash most of if not all my energy was out in about 3-5 seconds)that instead of feeling drained it feels like a pulse of energy about once every 1-2 seconds and usually to control energy I have to be completely relaxed but this was different I wasn't pushing out this energy it was just happening and I could stand up even walk and run and it still pulses for about 5-10 mins. Has this happened to anyone else?
