Greets,

About a week ago i started out with NEW. I have been working with the stimulation of the Secondary for 2 days. One evening i decided to just go with it, and run all the stimulation exercises without looking in the book (Astral dynamics)

It was a very interesting experience, as both my feet and my hands were buzzing like crazy. Exciting!

Anyway, one or two days later i got this back pain. It is located right under my left shoulder. Could this be related to the energy exercise?

Just curious as it came just after i did the exercises. Could however just as well be me who strained myself at work.

thoughts?

You

See if it goes away, or comes back again... it's best not to over analyze things.

How true, yet i'd prefer not to look away should this indeed be the case.

You

Of course it's definitely something to be kept in mind. NEW could perhaps be used to heal this pain, by gaining more personal energy and reading the section on healing.

Even so, if it persists, especially if intense, I'd see a chiropractor.

Funny how kinks have a way of moving around. I think the area you mentioned is a sort of nexus in the lymphatic system. The spiritual signifigance of this might be considered of you are sure this pain has only to do with energy exercizes.
Delete this, Major Tom. I will not have any more of my posts removed due to their rebuttal of admittedly anti-Semitic Illuminatists, who have have been referred to with quotes and specific bibliographical information.

My recommendation would be to continue with your energy work, while spending some addition time around that area.  I would do work on parts surrounding it, and then finish with some the etheric wrapping technique on the area where it hurts.
