We all know that we need energy to live. But are we taking to much energy?? For example, grounding. We can control how much energy we take from other sources, such as the sun, moon, and other elements of nature. But I think that those type of elements on this planet don't have an unlimited supply of energy.
So is it wise for ourselves to take more energy needed away from these sources??
Hmm..
I may not be very developed in this matter, but undoubtely the amount of energy that a human being can ever absorb is nothing compared to the energy of the earth, or the sun, or whatever that big...
Remember how it feels to have the scorching sun shining right on your face for some minutes? Well, that only a TINY little part of the energy that the sun is sending all the time.. if you consider that we are so far away from the sun, en it's sending all that warmth/light energy in every direction, and from that great distance it can feel so warm on just such a small surface like a face  Then just suppose that it's been shining like that for a few billion years - and it's still not 'used up'???
So I don't think we'll ever use too much energy out of such things :) same for the earth - it is about 100000000000000000000000 as heavy as yourself - it isn't as big as the sun, but it's still big :) so it must have an huge amount of energy also.
I think we're all tiny dots of nothing compared to these elements.

So create your own by directly tapping the Cosmic lattice. Who said you were limited to earth/sun/moon energies?
when you take energy it is simply redispersed when used. since "energy is not something that can be created or distroyed but merely brought together by the tools of man" Albert Einstien
Yep, you could never hope to take it all at once and when you use the energy it is all redispered into your surroundings so it doesn't really matter, though taking energy from something small such as a dog, then yeah you would be able to take a little to much.

Yeah it would be quite a difficult taks to take all of the Earth's energy by yourself.
But there's over 6 billon people on our planet. We all need energy to live. Wouldn't everything that needs energy to live on this planet, eventually take too much of it so It would be impossible for the Earth to rejuvante
we were designed to take energy from earth, it's natural
however current civilization causes distortion and imbalance, but these areas will be balanced in years to come
for the time being rastus cosmic lattice seems better becouse it raises ambient energy on earth (but i doubt that is useful for grounding purposes, humans were designed to ground to earth :))
and everything takes earth and solar energy to exists, not only humans, so don't bother with it
