How to detect negative energy?

You just feel it ... [] You feel something is going wrong in your energy and has an outside source. At least for me.

For the grocery store (lol), it's the same, eventhough it can be more difficult to catch an energy vampire, for some are unaware of it and don't display a feeling of negativity, you just start to feel drained, tired, although you weren't a few minutes before. In this case just leave the place, and avoid looking in others' eyes.

If your practiced enough to slip into Auric/Astral vision while standing in line, then you can see it.  I think most people "feel" it, and by that I mean feel it in your Aura.  That's your receiver antenna as well as your shields, something hits it, you will know.

I expand my Aura and try and "read" people.  Usually they are neutral, but some are "bad".  Bad means ill or not right in some way (as in not nice people, sometimes you don't want to know).  I used to shield tightly, but I'm taking James S. advice and going the opposite.  This takes effort, and you have to make your shields semi-permiable or semi-reflective (you don't want to be open to everything, you need to filter out a variety of things, think about it).

I've run into the most leeches at a High School (dang new age hoodlums [:O] Get off my metaphysical grass you kids!!!)

Links/tentactles?? how would this scare the living crap out of a human?

So are we all energy vampires without relizing it sometimes?? And can you be considered negative/evil yourself if you borrow energy from another human for your own purposes even if you are sick or drained?

1) becouse most of vampires meet only nons, it's about 1/100 people that can do anything, and when they want to feed, holy s***, he can too, imagine how would you feel if hamburger you eat jumped at you and started eating your nose [:O]
2) i think that you hoped that i deny, but, we are all vampires, and ALL social life is based around energy exchange/draining, relationships too, you are feeding off your girlfriend and your girlfriend is feeding on you (or you just give eachother), if it's balanced, that's ok (well, not really), but when not, you have situation when one side is dependand on the other, basicly you have 3 types of energy exchange:
internal considering- vampire, takes all gives nothing, the less energy he has, the more he takes
interfacial considering- you give energy out, get attention, take energy back with little surplus from others (like telling jokes in a pub with friends, everyone wants to be in the "spot" for a while, attention means energy, literally)
external considering- that's the ideal, you unconditionally give energy to everyone around (plants, animals, rocks included), and get it back with their awakened energy (something like guru initiation, you wake them up and they start producing their own energy), now the hook, if it's conditional, you're drained

personally i've been unable to external for a long time, i got best result with plants, humans are greedy, ignorant suckers (not all, of course), sometimes they surprised me, but most of the time not, anyway my whole house is awakened, really nice place to be
3) new vampires are created due to prolonged exposure to draining, when they desperatly try to replenish their resources, each attack requires link that can take form of tentacle, or just appear invisible, but it is always present
4)it's not good or bad, these are concepts only, it's just sheer ignorance that causes all of this, you don't need to harm others if you are awakened, but you don't hesistate, or have morality in the common sense either (at least i don't have, it's different for everyone)
5) nons have almost none energy compared to trained individuals, more, you can feed on any energy, whether it is rock, tree, music, stars, or uniwersal energy (the best couse everpresent, infinite, limitless)

someone told me that the link is made thru the sola plexus and there are 2 ways if you know about it.

1) you just decide not to give him/her energy

2) if you want to hurt them in a way or other the aproximate expresion was something like kick there but. you cut the link with sissors() imagine like

2) if you cut it, it can extend it again, there is a short term fix called finger interlock technique, you make 2 circles out of your thumb and middle finger and join them, imagine strong shield sealing your aura, works for a couple of hours, used it only on weak ones, haven't met stronger ones

I was wondering how you detect/feel out for negative energy??? Can you just feel if somthing or someone has a negative vibe or can you sense it by making your vibrations stronger???

Also, say your in the line at a grocery store and there are a bunch of people in line. How do you tell if those people are trying to tap into your energy?? And if they are normal people and don't know anything about energy development, are they still able to do this??
