something  like that has happened to me as well also in my right leg. i think it was because of excess tension, once i relaxed a little more it stopped happening.
If you will it it is no dream.

Yes, I think Ive tried relaxing it deeper, but it doesnt seem to work. It just always feels like its tense, but I shall give it a try to see if this works. Thank you for your help!

Still no luck.
I did NEW and some energy raising a few times yesterday, and the damn thing came back! When it did I tried to relax it deeper, but I was already deeply relaxed! Same thing goes for OBE practice, I get as relaxed as possible to a point where I feel I cant go further, and it still happens. Oh well, but I was thinking that maybe its a build up of energy there from energy raising. Ive noticed that I actually might stop at that "cramp" thing while raising energy. Maybe Ill try to make it more fluid and in one big sweep, Ill see what happens.
Thank you for trying to help Michael_E, your comment was much appreciated.

Hi there everyone!
Ive noticed that everytime I do NEW in my legs, I keep getting a cramp like pain in my right thigh(sp?). It feels like Im tensing that part of my leg everytime I strat energy raising or just do brushing or some other stimulation. Ive tried forcing energy as hard as possible though that part, and it did work for a few days, but then it came back. This is especially bugging because I do energy raising while attempting to AP, and its very distracting.
Anybody have any suggestions as to what I should do? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
Take care!
