Doing it just once, you can't possibly understand how it can help you. You owe it to yourself to try doing it every day for a month or so. The effects are cumulative and at least some of the benefits may be permanent.

Read the tutorial (and thank God for the generosity and work ethic of Robert Bruce) to find out what it can do for you long term.

I've been doing it for 1 year and a half, and there is no way i'm going to stop doing NEW too. I do it about 1-2h per day, and it really changed my life. Not much because i had big health problems or whatever, but more by the fact that i now FEEL i am alive, i'm a part of the whole energy, and i have control over my body, i know i can rule my health and every problem i have. However even after your secundary system is balanced (it took about 8-9 months for me, eventhough i still got occasionnal blockages), you still have all the sensations, but they are more pleasing and precise as you have develop your awareness and sense of energy.

NEW is definitely a long term practice that is well worth the effort. I'd really give all i have than stopping doing it ! I'm even looking forward at kundalini raising in a few years maybe

I have a little suggestion for helping you with this. Go out of your way to sit down and talk to them, one on one, as often as possible. Try to steer the conversation into what's happening in their lives.

If they make a snide comment about you, your friends, etc. just listen and don't react. Just tell yourself, "OK, I listened to what he/she said". Maybe acknowledge the statement with, "Yeah, I see your point of view". Don't let it get emotional.

My point in this is that often, teens hide out in their bedrooms or out with friends and don't interact much with their parents. And if someone is "gone" it's a lot easier to think the worst instead of objectively. Making yourself "present" can dissolve this problem.

... And if it persists, despite the advice of boydster, just remember it's your life, so they shouldn't be obstacles to your spiritual quest. And btw NEW can be done very discretely, so maybe you won't even need to tell them. In fact i've never said to anyone i was doing it. And it's just ok like this

You can do it in the morning, the evening in your bed etc.

Hi! i have a question for all of you!
When dealing the so called energy, do you really feel that energy climbing through from you arms through your palms? because i've practice for 3 years and i did not get any results!

Yes we definitely feel the energy in our body when doing it (i think boydster can confirm this too). It's clear and unmistakable. You can feel the rush of energy very precisely. You should read NEW again i think, you must have miss something with mobile body awareness.

Everyone I know who has tried it for more than 10 minutes can feel it tangibly.

By practice for 3 years, do you mean you've read the text of the NEW manuscript many times over and done all the exercises in a methodical way, spending up to an hour or more every day for 3 years? That's what I would mean if I said I practiced at something for 3 years. Just want to see if we're on the same wavelength.[

BTW I'm VERY sure that NEW also makes your nervous system more accurate and stronger AND it also improves your muscle coordination.

You learn to pinpoint the exact locations of your muscles, bones etc.

I'm sorry but I can't resist this one.

If you saw Matrix you might remember Neo's line just before the elevator drops in the shaft with bombs. He said "There is no spoon" or something like that where he refers to the spoon bending capabilities of himself and a little boy earlier in the film.

Obviously the trick is realizing that this is not the ultimate reality and that "you"(your soul) are above this illusionary reality so that you can mold it at will. Of course only a Jesus figure can completely ignore the illusion and walk on water or be raised from the dead, but who knows what we can manage if we just go beyond ourselves?

Obviously I am ignoring making a direct answer like some sphinx saying that your question shows you do not get it and are looking in the wrong direction.

On the other hand yuri geller was probably just a cheap magician as real adepts don't display such talents for the public on TV. So I would not get obsessed with it because you really believe what he did with the spoons was real.
