so i have been trying different things in trying to planeshift and gain a new reality... phantasy doesn't work for it anymore, because my mind is so fragmented towards it... sometimes after trying to phantasy, my mind spins chaotically and the 'voice' gets out of control even moreso... so now, i'm thinking that i have to meditate like i used to meditate, simply focus 'nothing' and breathe, staying still, and allowing the energy of peace to flow through my body...
i figure that when we meditate, we can focus new realities... to get to that stage, we have to reach the Nirvana level, then, we can rip through the multiverse and arrive at a new reality, or state of existence... i think that nirvana basically means that we reach that depth of peace where the signals of this kinetic plane are not activated, and only the level of peace that we achieve becomes our new perception of reality... peace, they say, is what from everything rises. peace, stillness, and a wholeness of awareness... we all have imagination, so using our imagination to center and focus peace, but also, our bodies to flow with that peace, then, in that space, love can be created...
i think that peace is what constitutes a great deal of our potential for an astral experience... if we are always focusing negativity and disaster, then it follows through... but if we stop focusing everything all together, and simply allow the sensation of peace to flow through our bodies, it can be a healing, and then, when our body/mind balance is restored, we can go deeper into the peace, and deeper into the peace would constitute a higher plane, more dimension, more wholeness and a greater density of the body/mind balance...

that the energy body is really a wholeness of peace, that if we hold our peace, then we become invincible, as in the theory of zen... that's what I figure anyway, at this stage

Yes, that seems to be it. Although, in some Christian doctrine, they would talk about it like it was 'the deep things of satan'. I dunno. Always was drawn to the Buddhist teaching... at least what I know about it. I do know that when I meditate, and get to a certain level, it's almost like the three dimensional darkness, but then images start to appear involuntarily.
