Once in a while I practice the 6th exercise when I feel an excess of sexual energy and don't feel like..uh..."dealing with it"[8)].after doing maybe a few repeats the excess energy is sent up to the upper chakras,and the sexual urge is gone! (for awhile).It feels like it creates a very strong "pull" that sends the excess energy upwards.If you hold the position for too long you will get dizzy and start seeing stars.BTW-only do the 6th exercise if you have an
excess of energy that would otherwise be used in sexual activity.If you do it at any ol' time you will drain the base chakra.I think I'll print out the other 5 exercises and start doing them as well! I would have started doing them a whiole ago, but I lost the website address.thanks for the link![:)]

hello to the people :D
i have recently started practising the 5 tibetans, 5 yoga exercises to enhance vitality, strength and mental alertness.
as i get more into it i will post all the positive experiences or side effects they do for me.
so far...
1) i feel refreshed and re-vitalised after doing them, as if ive just cleaned the inside of my body (i beleive this is due to the increased energy flow the exercises are said to cause)
2) i find it easier to relax when i begin my projection training... the most significant is the lack of twitches i usually get.
3) the effect it has on my consiousness/mental alertness when i finish them are similar to when i finish meditating.
I would like to know as much as i can from anyone else who practises them because i am very eager to incorporate them into my spiritual practises.
If any one has any information on them could you tell me what you know please.
