The Astral Pulse

It seems to me that psychic abilities, chakra strengthening, clairvoyance, remote viewing, astral projection and just about every other paranormal ability relies on one key factor above all others: the control of energy.

But here's my question... what would be the best way to gain control of energy, to not only feel its flow but to also be able to determine where it goes and what it does?

Using NEW, I can cause very ticklish tingling up and down my spine and make my legs buzz quite a bit by imagining energy flowing up and down my body... I think that may be on the right track.  But there is a big jump from tingling to psyballs and ESP, doncha think?

Hi Chris,

I think the control of energy, and actually, the mastery of all aspects of self are important in this type of quest. But I'd would like to volunteer that in my opinion, the single greatest factor in garnering the powers you mention is the integration of the soul (the lower self) with the Higher Self.

The more attunement and integration we can get with our Higher Self, the more energy and psychic abilities we will be trusted with.

Higher self? Oy... does NEW even talk about that?

The key is practice and to get ultimate control of the tingling, as well as other sensations it produces, and then read other information on psychic things to try and bridge the connections. Personal exploration, personal knowledge.
