I found a website that lists all the pressure points in your feet: http://www.ofesite.com/health/reflex/chart/index.htm

I have found it really useful for where I have energy blockages in my body to refer to the map of pressure points in the feet and focus energy to those points in my feet that relate to the part of the body I need unblocking, pushing the energy up and down.

even though the hands are good to work with- the feet have much more profound effects on the energy body.  most reflexologists i know only work with the feet and then show clients how to maintain the new energy pathways via hands
