the biggest  problem  i have when stimulating  my brow chakra is  difficulty in localising  the actual chakra itself-  this is down  to one  fundamental  problem that makes it hard to localise  any part of the energy body- TENSION

are you making  sure  that  your  brow  and *especially*  your  eyeballs  are  free of tensions?  

when  it becomes  an effort  to attune to it you scowl  and  you dont realise  your   doing it, its like the tension is natural and  continues unnoticed.

i think this is  your problem  because its  the only  cause i have when i have the same problem.

if  you  find it hard to relax  your  brow and eyes  area, try massaging your  temples and  your eyebrows- i find it helps.

hey.  well id like to try to open my third eye too.  just a few questions, and first off i will check otut the link(s) u put up there.  anyways when u say open ur third eye does that mean u can see with ur eyes closed? just makin sure ya know, and did i open my third eye if when i was meditating outside one time and after like 5 10 minutes i saw this blue coloring with my eyes closed and it seemed to be seeing it with my third eye.  thx for the help.  later

when i look in the sky and concentrate i see the enrgy....i thnk also with third eye but not sure
they are little dots but Shiny and they are about miljon and trilyons of them

hey NL_TU what you are seeing in the sky is the life force energy of the sky and air, yes its real stuff, i see it to, try and look at plants and trees, you may start to see a shimering wave like energy.

i forgot to mention that i was lookin in the sky when i saw that lite blue as i was lying down outside meditating.  it happened early in the summer so i dont quite remember if i saw a bunch of dots, but i should try it again outside lyin down and see what happens. (hope the bugs dont bug me like they normally do when i meditate outside.)

DarkQuest, the dots you see is life force energy of air. It can be seen by almost every person. It is mostly seen when someone stares into a clean blue sky. This is the normal activity of every person's brow chakra.

Hmmm, coming from the point of view of an immortal supreme being I am not sure if I should encourage the wanton activation of the sixth charka. I remember the last time I opened my third eye, when I killed the god of love, Kamadeva. Now that was a mess, let me tell you, and boy, was his wife ticked. It was his own silly fault, of course, kept zinging those pesky arrows at me while was trying to meditate. I gave him three chances, but no, he wouldn't take them, something about some demon somewhere who was tormenting all the known universe and who could only be killed by my kid. So, I incinerated him, one good blink of the third eye and the dumbass was nothing but ash. Yeah. Good times.

But as I said, his wife, Rati, was, well, more than a little upset. So I had to fix everything, again. However, I did get my wonderful wife Parvati and my valiant son Kartikeya out of the whole silly situation, so I shouldn't complain too much. Regardless of that though, let this be a cautionary tale of the troubles that even beings as evolved as myself can get into when we play around with forces that require so much respect.

Greetings everybody, this is my first post and I am very happy to have found this interesting and interested community while I was doing some pleidian research. I have just returned home to Florida after doing some pretty potent energetic healing work at my original home in the Findhorn Foundation, and  now am looking forward to getting some more Work done where it really needs it, Florida is a deep dark swamp in more ways than one.

Tenacious, thank you for that link to the Chakra site, the information is a little different than I'm used to, but the music is great, I'm listening to it right now. Does anyone know what the tune is, is it Michael Nyman?

T Kman, I would echo rodentmouse in suggesting that it is quite likely that it is tension that is closing you down, and the more you try to force it the harder it will be to relax. Also I had the inspiration that it might be a good thing for your thrid eye to be closed right now. While I was reading your post I recieved an image of a chrysillis, so it might be that your pituitary gland is in a period of evolution and just needs to grow into it's new wings. Relax, be patient, and enjoy, there's no rush, we've all been here before, and will be again.
